Pool Equipment Checks
When you sign up for our weekly or bi-weekly full-service plan, the technician who services your pool will regularly check your pool equipment, including your pump and filter. If they notice that something isn’t operating as it should, they will inform you so you can either take a look at it yourself or have one of our technicians diagnose the issue.
If you have our technician diagnose the equipment problem, they will provide you with an estimate for what it will cost to repair or replace the equipment. We can then perform the repair or upgrade for you, should you decide to go that route.
Not all pool service companies in Temecula will do this. Some will just come to your home, clean your pool, and leave. They leave it up to you to monitor your equipment and make sure it’s working properly. If you don’t stay on top of this, you may not notice a piece of equipment is not working properly until your pool turns green!
In addition to equipment checks, our technicians will also inform you when it’s time to have your filters cleaned so you don’t have to keep track of how long it’s been since it was last done. Some of our customers have us clean their filters for them, while others choose to do it themselves. To be clear, filter cleaning is an add-on service that is not included with your monthly service charge, but we will tell you when filter cleaning is needed—not all companies will!
Summer Algae and Phosphate Treatments
With all of our service plans—our Chemical Only service plan, as well as our Full-Service plans—we include algae and phosphate treatments during the summer. Because every pool in Temecula can benefit from these treatments due to our high summer temperatures, we have chosen to include them in our plans at no extra cost. With other pool service companies in Temecula, you will be charged extra when these treatments are done.
